10 Key Rules For Training

1.       Give 150% all of the time, every time

2.       Show up on time

3.       Drink a minimum 2 liters of pure, clean water per day

4.       Eat a balanced meal 2 hours before training (1 hour if a smaller snack)

5.       Eat a balanced meal 30-60 minutes post training

6.       Listen thoroughly your coach and ask strategic questions

7.       Inform your coach about any feelings of physical discomfort AS SOON AS those feelings occur

8.       Give your coach 24-48 hours if you are unable to attend a scheduled session

9.       Understand that you will only get out of training what you put into it

10.   Remember “Energy and persistence conquer all”
